This is an original oil painting of Jesus Face, after Shroud of Turin reproduction. Painted on 4”x6″ canvas board, the artwork is rendered in warm tones of brown, green, red and yellow. By selecting these colors I wanted to show Jesus’ human nature. “Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us” (John 1:14).

The painting is rendered in expressive style using bold brushstrokes.

The artwork is framed in wooden frame that is hand painted with black chalk paint and decorated with gold leaf. The frame is designed to match the artwork and is included in the price.
